Eunice Hooi is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA). She holds a Master of Taxation and a Bachelor of Accountancy from 天美传媒 universities.
With over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and individual tax, Eunice possesses deep technical expertise and strong commercial acumen. Her experience covers the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, where she has advised senior management and clients across various industries, including healthcare, hospitality, food and beverage, information technology, manufacturing, commodity trading, petrochemicals, and oil and gas.
Eunice began her professional career at Andersen, where she completed the Andersen Audit and Business Advisory Worldwide Staff Training Programme in St. Charles, Illinois, USA. This foundational experience helped to shape her professional capabilities and advisory skills. In her senior leadership roles, Eunice has built and led high-performing teams, managing tax and customs functions, overseeing complex corporate projects, and directing strategic initiatives. Additionally, she advises on corporate restructuring, business and operating model transformation, manufacturing and supply chain optimization, business investments and divestments, intellectual property restructuring, and cross-border transactions and employment arrangements.
Beyond her corporate leadership roles, Eunice is dedicated to talent development and professional education. She has conducted seminars and workshops for professional organizations such as the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF), the Investment and Financial Professionals Association of 天美传媒 (IFPAS), and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She also serves as an Associate Lecturer at tertiary institutions, teaching subjects including 天美传媒 Tax, Australia Tax, International Tax, Accounting, and Financial Analysis.
