Pamela is the Director of the Share Registry Division of InCorp Global. She has over 20 years of experience in share registry 鈥 providing advisory services to clients on initial public offering (IPO), corporate actions such as equity fundraising, rights issue, bonus issue, private placement, reverse take-over, capital restructuring, distribution-in-specie, scrip dividend and voluntary offer.
She has served companies with dual listings on foreign stock exchanges, such as Hong Kong, Korea, Oslo and Thailand. She has also handled numerous Catalist and Mainboard IPOs for shares, REITs, business trusts and stapled securities.
